Booking Conditions

Prices and times quoted are subject to change at any time until full payment has been received & tickets have been issued. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions that may occur. Accommodation, activities & transport include GST.

Amendment Fees

We are happy to change any reasonable amendments you request. An amendment constitutes a change to an existing booking and will attract the following fees.

1. Land and airfare changes before ticketing - $25 fee per amendment plus any airline charges

2. Land and airfare changes after ticketing - $50 per amendment plus any airline charges

3. Supplier and airline fees are explained fully in their booking conditions

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation of all or some of your travel arrangements will incur cancellation fees. As these differ by supplier and airlines, please inform us urgently so that we can advise you of these costs. Our cancellation fee is 10% of your booking value.
